Family: Wife Donna. Three children; Carl, Curt and Candice.
Seven grandchildren, but I won't make you read all their names.
First bike: Suzuki Maurader 800 bought 2002

How often do you ride: A LOT, 100,000 miles
Who do you ride with: The chapter and of course Donna
Where are some of your favorite routes you’ve ridden: The Dragon, it did bite, but I survived. The outer banks of the Carolinas. Natchez Trace Parkway, Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive
Funny situation you had that involved your bike: On the way to work one morning my foot froze to the floorboard. Then I saw a sign saying 6 degrees!
What’s the most expensive change or repair you’ve made to your bike: Telling Donna I was getting new pipes, but neglecting to tell her it meant getting a Power Commander and a trip on the Dyno.
You could buy another bike, what would your next one be and why: I wouldn't. I have the bike I always wanted!
What is your favorite Harley event you’ve attended: Kansas State Rally...and the 5,000 miles that went with it.
Got to ride with my son. It was great to carry the American Flag on a ride Carl lead onto Fort Riley. With Carl now in Iraq I realize how special this was!
What are some of your other interests or hobbies: Use to be horses, but I traded them for the iron ones. NASCAR, working on going to all the tracks..5 down and counting.
What is your favorite...  
Food: Burgers, good ones
Vacation place: Seat of my bike, following the front wheel.
Movie: West Side Story (does that age me?)

Do you have any pets: No
Tell us about a humorous and embarrassing moment (you’re willing to share): Getting caught on a Scavenger hunt with the Governor Elect's daughter when the cops were called in because of a missing throne from the hotel lobby.
Tell us about someone you admire and why: Donna, she is one of the strongest women I know. And, she has put up with me for 40 years.
