Rides a 2002 H-D Road King with 'training wheels'!

Loves Almond Joy Ice Cream
Family: I have had the good fortune to be married for almost 40 years to Ken. We have three children; Carl, Curt and Candice. We are blessed with 7 Grandchildren; Lauren, Nick, Tony, Alyssa, Connor, Jake and Jace. We also lost a grandson, Brandon.
Years riding: Since 2003
How often do you ride: As much as the body allows
Who do you ride with: Ken, friends and the chapter
Where are some of your favorite routes you’ve ridden: The Natchez Trace Parkway...400 miles you can do in 5th gear and just enjoy!
Funny situation you had that involved your bike: Riding on my bike, following Ken early one morning on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I saw Ken go by something black in the road. Turned out to be a large snake that Ken woke up and made mad. By time I went by it that snake wanted nothing more than to get a bite of me. Thank heavens there were no cameras around as I lifted one leg and screamed at the top of my lungs. I should mention I HATE SNAKES.
What’s the most expensive change or repair you’ve made to your bike: Besides the trike kit (aka training wheels) it would have to be the purple tinted, etched windshield.
You could buy another bike, what would your next one be and why: A full dresser trike.
What is your favorite Harley event you’ve attended: Kansas State HOG Rally. It was great; my first long trip riding my own bike, getting to spend time with Carl. And topping it all off with a new diamond ring from Ken.
What are some of your other interests or hobbies: I like to read, do crafts and enjoy finding ways to help people not as fortunate as us.
What is your favorite...
Food: Prime Rib
Vacation place: I like trying new places and won't know the answer to this until we do all 50 states.
Movie: Sleeping Beauty
Recording artist or band: Buddy Jewell
Tune: Help pour out the rain.
Do you have any pets: No
Tell us about a humorous and embarrassing moment (you’re willing to share): Going to a comedy night with the HOG Chapter and sitting front table. The comedian managed to get the story of how Ken and I met, and NO I'm not going to put it in print here.
Tell us about someone you admire and why: Anyone who serves our country. Military, Police, Fireman, etc. I was a Navy Brat so I think it is ingrained in me.
