Loves Any Kind of Soft Serve Ice Cream
Occupation: Sales Support
Family: A husband on the way, 3 sons, 1 granddaughter and another on the way. One brother and one sister both older than me.
First bike: Well, since I don't ride by myself, it would have to be my first tricycle when I was 3.
Years riding: Over 10 years
How often do you ride: Every chance I get.
Who do you ride with: Ed and members of the H.O.G. Chapter.
Where are some of your favorite routes you’ve ridden: Touring out west when we went to the National Rally in Billings, Mt. Such beautiful country out west. Another ride is the Washington D.C. trip with Guy Wills. He made the trip memorable.
Funny situation you had that involved your bike: On the way to Barre, VT as part of the dealers tour we were going around 65 miles an hour and all of a sudden I got hit in the head with something and it stuck to my forehead just below my helmet. It was a bird. I had to literally grab it and throw it away. I tried to tell Ed I got hit but he figured since I was still talking I was ok and kept on going. It happened just like in the Wild HOGS movie. It's hard to believe but just ask Chris B. He saw it all.
What’s the most expensive change or repair you’ve made to your bike: Ed's always changing something on the bike but the most expensive for me were the electric clothes and well worth it to.
You could buy another bike, what would your next one be and why: I like the Ultra Classics...very comfy. I can sit there all day.
What is your favorite Harley event you’ve attended: There have been so many of them and they are all special in there own way. I did like the Billings, MT trip and seeing Mount Rushmore through the trees and Devils Tower.
What are some of your other interests or hobbies: Sleepovers with the Grandkids, Hiking to the bottom of the Grand Canyon and walking in the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk.
What is your favorite...
Food: Chicken wings with sauce on the side.
Vacation place: Disney World with Ed.
Movie: Pirates of the Caribbean
Recording artist or band: The Eagles
Favorite Tune: Have I Told You Lately That I Love You
Do you have any pets: Not real pets. We did have 5 ground hogs living in the back yard and a few skunks.
Tell us about a humorous and embarrassing moment (you’re willing to share): While on the trip to Myrtle Beach and our first time with the new Ultra Classic, we were following the group into a parking garage. As we went around one of the corners everyone had stopped so when Ed put his foot down and there wasn't any ground there because it was built on an angle we went down. Luckily there were many that came to our rescue.
Tell us about someone you admire and why: I admire Ed. He makes everything look so easy.
